1. For 115 V INPUT, jumper terminal 1 to terminal 3 and terminal 2 to terminal 5.
2. For 230 V INPUT, jumper terminal 2 to terminal 3.
3. For 208 V INPUT, move S1 connection at terminal 5 to terminal 4, and jumper terminal 2 to
terminal 3.
