NOTE
Keep in mind all warnings and cautions when performing any routine cleaning
IMPROPER CLEANING HAZARD
This equipment can be damaged by improper cleaning.
Use only soft cloth slightly dampened with water or mild glass cleaner.
Do not scrape with hard plastic or metal tools.
Do not use alcohol, toluene, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), volatile liquids, or harsh
cleaning agents.
Do not use scouring powder or other gritty cleansers.
a. Using a lint-free cloth, clean exterior surfaces of equipment and mechanical assemblies.
b. With a clean lint-free cloth and soft-bristled brush, clean plugs, jacks, and front panel controls and
indicators. Meter faces and front panels may be cleaned using a weak solution of water and mild soap.
Avoid excessive amount of solution on cloth and do not let solution enter behind controls or panel
mounting hardware of controls and indicators.

Clean exterior and pins of connectors of interconnecting cables with a brush.
