Remove the batteries from the Test Set and place them in the transit case before shipment or inactive storage
of 30 days or more. Shipment or storage temperatures in excess of 211F (100C) may cause NI-CAD
batteries to release hazardous toxic materials. Figure 6-4 illustrates the battery removal warning label and its
location underneath the Test Set.
